Olograph is a writing environment that keeps a verifiable record of how every essay was written.
Olograph shows how every essay came together, so there's no guessing and no reason to cut corners.
No AI, no surveillance. Students' writing stays theirs. Read the privacy policy
Student writing is never sent to an AI model.
All data stays on Canadian servers.
No screen, webcam or tab tracking.
90 days after the course ends.
Writing is how students learn to think. The drafting, the getting stuck, the rewriting: that struggle is the learning. Olograph makes sure it counts.

Most students do their own work. Now they can prove it.
For instructors
Review only what needs it. Most essays come back Clear.
The call stays yours. Olograph describes. You decide.
For students
Draft however you draft. Messy drafts never get flagged.
A receipt for every essay. Proof of what you submitted.
No. Detectors read a finished essay and guess whether it sounds machine-written, which is why they get things wrong. Olograph doesn't judge the writing style at all. It records how the essay was written and reports what happened.
Olograph is a word processor that keeps a record of the writing done inside it. It doesn't see your screen, other tabs or webcam. Google Docs and Word already keep detailed edit histories. Olograph's is visible, used for one purpose, and deleted on a schedule.
Rarely, by design. Olograph’s checks were built and tested on 4,194 essays from a peer-reviewed keystroke corpus. And Worth a look is a reason to look, never a finding.
Messy drafting never gets flagged. It's the clearest sign of real authorship there is. Students never see a live score. We recommend instructors say on day one that honest drafting carries no risk, and we provide the wording.
Less, if anything. Most submissions come back Clear, so you only look at the few marked Worth a look, and the replay takes you straight to the part that matters.
In Canada. Each essay and its record are deleted 90 days after the course ends. Olograph's checks are calibrated on a public research dataset, so we have no reason to keep student writing.
